The Secrets of a very Long Life (Longevity)


What age do you think of as "old"? 60? 70? 80? There are several places in the worth that are famous for people who live a very long time,in general,the inhabitants in these places not only live along,but they also live well,in other words,they are almost never sick,furthermore,when they die,they not only have their own teeth,but also,a full head of hair and goes eyesight too.These places are usually in mountainous areas far from modern cities.

In below we introduce three of them:


1)Hunza
Location = At a very high altitude in Himalayan mountais of Asia.
Status of people = Many of people live over 100 years and still in good physical health.
Diets of the inhabitants = Eat mainly raw vegetable,fruit(especially Apricots),chapatis (a kind of Pancake),They eat meat only afew times a year.

2)Caucasus
Location = In Caucasus mountains in Russia
Status of people = The community says a woman called Tsurba lived until age 160,similarly a man called Shirali probably lived until 168,moreover,his widow was 120 years old.
Diets of the inhabitants =Mainly of Milk,Cheese,Vegetables,fruit,meat,also most people
there drink the local Red Wine daily.


3)Vilcabamba
Location = In Ecuador in mountain region and in a very high altitude far from cities.
Status of people = People live along time
Diets of the inhabitants =People eat only a small amount of meat each week,their diet consists mostly of Grain,Corn,Beans,Potatos,fruit.

The surprising fact about inhabitants of Vilcabamba is most people there even the very old,consume a lot of Coffee,drink large amount of Alchohol and smoke 40 to 60 Cigarettes daily.


The resons of Longevity after probing these places:


1)Distance from modern cities
2)Low_colories natural diets
3)They are mostly farmers,their lives are physically hard and extremely active
4)The population does not seem to have the stress of fast city work and recreation,as
a result,people's lives are relatively free from worry and therefore illness or other health poblems
5)However the typical diets of three areas are similar in three general ways:
a) The Fruits,Vegetables are natural,that is,they cotain no preservatives or other
chemicals.
b)The population uses traditional herbs and medicines to prevent and cure disease.
c)The inhabitants consume fewer calories than people do in other parts of the world.
A typical North American eats and drinks an average of 3300 calories every day.
A typical inhabitant of these mountainous areas takes in between 1700 and 2000 calories every day.

At the end,Some experts believe that physical movement and strees free environment might be the two most important secrets of longevity.
