1-Too much fast foods and little exercise can Wreak Havoc on liver
according to results of a small Swedish study
In the study, 18 trim, healthy adult volunteers who restricted their levels of physical activity to no more than 5,000 steps a day and ate at least two fast food meals every day for 4 weeks showed clear signs of liver damage. They also put on weight. they study to see what impact doubling the number of calories eaten daily and increasing body weight by 10 and 15 percent would have on liver health. At the end of the 4 weeks, the fast food eaters had put on an average of 6.5 kilograms (14.3 pounds). Five increased their weight by 15 percent, and 1 person put on an extra 12 kilograms (26.4 pounds) in just 2 weeks. ALT levels more than quadrupled over the 4-week study period. Too much fat in the liver is another sign of damage. Only one fast food eater developed "fatty liver," but test results from the other participants showed a steep rise in
fat content in their liver cells, which is associated with insulin resistance, a precursor
to diabetes.

2-Eating fast food and watching TV add up to a high risk for obesity and diabetes
according to a study reported today at the American Heart Association's 43rd Annual conference on Cardiovascular Disease Epidemiology and Prevention Researchers found that eating fast food meals more than twice a week was associated with double the risk of abnormal glucose control and a 50 percent increase in the risk of obesity. people who watched TV more than three hours a week and ate fast food more than twice a week were three times as likely to have abnormal glucose metabolism than those who watched less than an hour of TV per week or ate fast food
less than once a week.
Both obesity and abnormal glucose control are strong risk factors for heart disease and type 2 diabetes.

If you want to eat fast food what points are impotant

1- Chicken vs. Beef

most fast food chains stake their business on beef or chicken, recent pressure and competition have led them back to using 100% beef in their hamburgers. The result is a slightly higher fat content in hamburgers than in chicken.Chicken burgers are also often lower in calories and fat.

2-Grilled vs. Fried

If you were to take the chicken breast by itself and order the filet breaded and fried, then not only did you make up the difference in the fat content, but you surpassed the fat content in the beef sandwich. A few years ago fast food suppliers began offering grilled chicken as an alternative to the traditional fried filet. This is a much better option for you as you try to maintain some sense of a healthy diet while eating fast food.

3-Salads

You must be careful though, about the dressings that the restaurants provide. Even the low calorie dressings can be loaded with fat. In order to maximize the healthy nature of the salad that you ordered, you have to go light on the dressing. It may even be better to skip it all together.Just be sure to choose low-sugar dressings for your salad and salsa for your potato instead of creamy toppings

4-Check out the Kids Menu

The fun packed meals designed for kids at several major fast food chains now come with some healthy options. In response to the national outcry over childhood obesity, parents can now order fresh fruit, yogurt and fruit juices in place of french fries and soda.

5-Size Matters

The girl working at the counter asks you if you want to super size it because that is her job, not because she thinks you actually look like you need it super-sized. Learn to say no. Yes, it can be hard to turn down an extra large for only thirty cents more, but you have to learn to say no. Order a small.Order a single burger instead of a double, or even a triple. Say no the extra cheese Surviving in a fast food culture is all about self-control. Don’t feel obligated to spend it all - or eat it all. Are you satisfied with half of your sandwich? If so, stop eating. A major factor in fast food nutrition is portion control so learn to monitor your portions. Save your appetite for something healthier that you can get after work.A healthy, diabetic-friendly eating plan includes not only blood sugar control but also management of portion sizes, meal scheduling and ensuring dietary variety. A typical fast-food double cheeseburger contains approximately 200 more calories than a single-patty cheeseburger at the same establishment.

6-skipping dessert

nutrition experts recommend skipping dessert. Items such as sundaes (a dish from Ice cream ,fruit, sweet sauce, nuts) and milk shakes at fast-food chains tend to be staggeringly (amazing) high in high-fructose corn syrup and dairy fat.
