In our life we see many people with many different view of points,How we can deal effectively with them?
What are the communication techniques?

Frist technique= Everyone wants to be heard and understood

Hearing and understanding the other viewpoint especially one that opposite of yours it needs  take empathy and listening skills it means you can walk in their shoes regardless of whether you agree with them or not,in the other hand it means mental approach in this case you suspend judgement and your ego pay full attention to the other person .
on the downside can mistake your empathy for unconditional support of their view point.
you don't have to agree or like it ,that remains your prerogative.


Second technique=Show your respect

Value everythings you hear and show your appriciation,talk and listen to everyone as a project,this way abate their abrasive demeanour.and cause they contribute more with you.


Third technique=Communicate differently to various people 

What is meaningful for you  may not be to the anothers,you should accessible your ideas and bussiness to the right people and have to communicate diffirently to various people in your business.
The people try to show that they are living for valuable  points and engaging  in something worthwhile and meaningful ,don't try to reject them.






NOTE
Empathy =(noun)the ability to understand people's feeling and problems

Ego=the opinon that you have about yourself
that promotion really boosted her  ego (made her feel better about herself)

Downside =(noun)the negative part or disadvantage of something

Abate=(verb)subside,reduce
We waited for the  storm to abate

 abrasive demeanour
Abrasive(adjective)=rude ,unkind....abrasive manner
Demeanour(noun) =behaviour,conduct............a calm demeanor at all time

Contribute(verb)=help

worthwhile (adjective)=important and useful=handy =helpful
